The Westfield boys finished first in the meet-concluding 4×400-meter relay to clinch its first State Group 4 track and field championships since 1987 on Saturday at the Bennett Center in Toms River.
Charles Stock led the charge for the Blue Devils by winning the 800 with a school-record breaking performance, and anchoring the 4×400.
