Senior bowler Vivian Luna has been chosen as Elizabeth’s Union County Conference Girls Athlete of the Week
Luna recently won her second consecutive Union County Girls Bowling Individual Championship. As a four-year varsity starter, Vivian has been an elite bowler in Union County and in New Jersey.
She was the 2021-2022 NJ Girls Bowling North Section II Champion. Competing in the 2022 NJ State Girls Bowling Tournament, Vivian placed 3rd out of 75 bowlers as a junior. She also was a freshman varsity starter on the Elizabeth HS Group IV Section II NJ Championship team. She was selected to the Union County All County Girls her sophomore and junior year. Currently, as a senior, she is averaging 209 in UCT league competition. Vivian is being recruited to bowl at several major College Division 1 schools.
