The last time the Governor Livingston High School softball team lost a game was during the season’s first week, a one-run setback to Hanover Park in the first round of the Chatham Tournament on a chilly early-April day. Fast-forward a month and a half later, and the Highlanders not only ticked their winning streak to 20 straight on a bright 95-degree afternoon, but they added another piece of hardware to their growing trophy case.
