Catherine King is Summit’s Female Athlete of the Week
King has been a goalkeeper in the girls soccer program for the past 3 seasons and has been the starter since her Junior Year. Every season she has exceeded expectations with saves that are seemingly unreachable, maintaining her composure between the posts to help the team win games on her own. This season Catherine has been a brick wall, not conceding a goal in the Union County tournament as Summit were victorious in winning the trophy for the first time in High School history. She has been relentless on the field and is a positive, hard working individual outside of athletics.
