Philip Martini – Westfield:Â Philip has 1,023 passing yards and 17 touchdowns for the Westfield football team. He has completed 76 of 126 passes and is averaging 146.1 yards in the air per game.
Taylor Morgan – Westfield: Taylor has 11 goals and eight assists for 30 points so far this season. The captain has netted five game winning goals in her 17 starts.
Karley Gregoire – Union Catholic: When asked to describe Karley’s importance to the UC volleyball team Coach Saggio said, “We don’t win without Karley. She is a playmaker, whether on defense or serve receive.†She has made some spectacular digs this past season, which have me wondering, “how did she get to that?” In the Union County final game against Westfield, Karley’s play was exceptional, including an amazing play in the 2nd game that was instrumental to the team’s victory. Her passes are the reason the UC hitters can dominate. She is the main reason that Union Catholic is both Conference and County Champions.
Nate Papachristos – Union Catholic:Â Nate placed 2nd at the Union County Championship cross country meet. The senior ran a time of 15:53 for a photo finish. His time was the 5th fastest time in course history.
