Michael Martins is Roselle Park’s Union County Conference Male Athlete of the Week
Martins is currently a junior at Roselle Park and is a three year letter winner for bowling.
His achievements are tremendous and he has another year left. C
Martins is currently ranked in the top 100 (specially #4) in the state for highest bowling average. This will allow him to qualify for the Individual State Tournament later this month. He finished second in the Union County Tournament for individuals this year and first place last year.
Currently, Martins holds an average of 232, which places him as the anchor of his team. As captain, Martins will be leading his team to face the winner of Beloved Charter and Roselle Catholic in the Quarterfinal Round of the NJSIAA Central Jersey, Group 1 bowling tournament.
